<p>Nova paĝo kun &#039;今年的国际世界语大会是在哥本哈根召开的。这是一个第一眼看上去跟传统的佛教世界似乎距离很遥远的城市，虽然在现代的丹麦，像很...&#039;</p> <p><b>Nova paĝo</b></p><div>今年的国际世界语大会是在哥本哈根召开的。这是一个第一眼看上去跟传统的佛教世界似乎距离很遥远的城市，虽然在现代的丹麦，像很多其他西方国家一样，已经有很多亚洲的移民团体。<br /> <br /> 但就是在一两百年前，已经生活工作着几个丹麦人，哪怕从佛教的观点来看，都已经显得举足轻重了。<br /> <br /> 在殖民地时期，丹麦在亚洲没有重要的领地。在19世纪末，就因为这样，暹罗（后来被称为泰国）跟丹麦以及当时的瑞典挪威联盟这些斯堪的纳维亚国家建立了足够紧密的关系，使它能免于被英国或者法国这些帝国主义国家吞并，但这种紧密关系也没有强烈到它们自己去征服这个国家的地步。<br /> <br /> 但这些都是跟现实政治有关的话题，跟佛教没多大关系。更重要的是要提到三个丹麦人的名字，两个语言学家、一个作家。<br /> <br /> 第一个语言学家，他的名字叫拉斯姆斯·克里斯蒂安·拉斯克（Rasmus Christian Rask），生活在1787年到1832年间，死时年仅45岁。对世界语者来说，他对通用语言的理想比较有意思。他对各种语言之间的关系非常感兴趣，并学习了很多种语言，特别是，但还不光是那些属于我们现在称为印欧语系的语言。<br /> <br /> 他的父亲很希望他成为一名基督教的神父，但他不喜欢。他太喜欢批判各种宗教教条，而最喜欢全神贯注专注地学习语言。<br /> <br /> 1818年，拉斯克开始长途旅行，穿过芬兰和俄罗斯到达波斯、印度和锡兰。他在锡兰专门学习了最根本的佛教原始语言——巴利语。他还在那里获得大量佛教经典的贝叶手稿。1823年，他把这些手稿带回了哥本哈根。皇家图书馆从他那里收藏了50多件巴利文和僧伽罗文的手稿。<br /> <br /> 后来，他没有继续研究东方语言，但就在他那次旅行的同时，诞生了另一位丹麦语言学家——维格·福斯伯勒（Viggo Fausboll, 1821-1908年）。维格在巴利语研究史上占有重要的地位。<br /> <br /> 维格·福斯伯勒还是个大学生的时候，他就已经开始学习梵文，在有些梵文基础后，他又借助拉斯克带回来的那些手稿，自学了巴利文。<br /> <br /> 直到当时为止，似乎还从未有过巴利文经典的印刷品。这有点奇怪，因为印刷术实际上是从亚洲传出来的，而且最早印刷的书籍可能就是佛经，但那是在亚洲的另一个地方用中文印刷的。在南亚，人们仍沿用传统方式保存经典，要么凭记忆，要么手抄。<br /> <br /> 维格·福斯伯勒改变了这一切。他开始编辑、出版并且翻译了许多巴利文经典。他还首先用拉丁字母和变音符号来记录原始经典，此前在亚洲人们通常用当地的书写方式，如僧伽罗文、缅甸文、泰文和高棉文制作手稿。<br /> <br /> 1855年，福斯伯勒编辑出版了巴利文经典《法句经》，一起出版的还有翻译成一种拉丁字母的国际语的版本。4年后，柴门霍夫才出生。<br /> <br /> 后来，福斯伯勒把他的工作语言改成了英语。他最了不起的工作是在1875年至1896年间从大藏经里的中世纪论藏部分整理编辑出了6卷佛陀本生故事。<br /> <br /> 当然，他还在1881年把巴利藏经小部经集（Suttanipata）翻译成了英文，并写作了一些重要的语言学文稿。这样，不论是在西方还是在亚洲，福斯伯勒实际上都成了现代巴利文研究之父。<br /> <br /> 最后，要提到的是位作家。他名叫卡尔·格耶莱鲁普（Karl Gjellerup, 1857-1919年），与柴门霍夫是同时代人。很多获诺贝尔文学奖的人都被遗忘了，他也是其中的一个。他是在1917年得奖的，嗯，在欧洲，当然也在丹麦，没人记得了吧？！但可能在亚洲还有人知道他。<br /> <br /> 格耶莱鲁普曾作过初级神父，学神学。但他好批判的个性使他放弃了他的基督教信仰。他对古希腊和北方神话更感兴趣，最后还迷上了印度教。他的两部戏剧作品的灵感都来源于佛教，它们分别是他于1903年创作的《火供》（La Oferfajroj）和1907年创作的《觉者之妻》（La Edzino de la Perfektiĝinto）。特别值得一提的是他的两部小说，都是以佛教为主题的，一部是他1906年创作的《卡曼尼塔朝圣者》（La Pilgrimo Kamanita）和1910年创作的《全世界流浪者》（La Mondovagantoj）。<br /> <br /> 这些作品都同时有德文和丹麦文的书名。他是用德文创作并自己翻译成丹麦文的，他的戏剧作品都是在德国首次上演并获得成功。在丹麦，第一部戏很失败，而第二部戏根本没上演过。<br /> <br /> 有争议的是，人们应该把他当成丹麦人还是德国人。他出生在丹麦，最早开始用丹麦文创作，但在19世纪80年代，他迁居德国并改为用德文创作。他已不是自己那个小国的先知，最终他更认同邻近的那个国家。他主要是通过卡尔·E·纽曼（Karl E.
